Dear Etihad recruitment team,
Your posting describes the layer of an airline I care most about: the one between guest data and what the guest actually experiences. Etihad is scaling toward 38 million passengers under Journey 2030, and whether that growth arrives as real journeys or as batch campaigns is decided by exactly the capabilities this role owns: segmentation, triggers, decisioning and personalization on top of CRM, booking and loyalty data.
For ten years I have turned customer data into measured product results. At Ifolor I owned the e-commerce ecosystem and strategy of a CHF 100M+ business, reporting to C-level, and moved conversion up 9% and checkout step rate up 15% through research, A/B testing and analytics. At Swiss Post I lead AI-driven business models today: I cut time spent on sales by 30% through automation and built a synthetic pitch-check avatar that cut proposal feedback time by 90%. Orchestration logic is not a concept to me. I build segments, triggers, decisioning and suppression rules in production, with LLM tools and automations I write myself.
The honest read on your platform list: I have not shipped on Adobe Journey Optimizer or Braze. So instead of claiming tool checkboxes, I specified one Etihad journey end to end, a delayed EY74 from my home airport Zurich, two very different guests, and every message that fires, waits, or deliberately never sends. You can drag through it at ramona-etihad.pages.dev. I designed and built it myself with the AI toolchain I use daily. It is also how I would prototype for Guest 360: something the team can click within days.
I am based in Zurich and planning the move to the UAE with my partner. I am available with notice, and I would gladly show the Guest 360 team how I work.
Kind regards,
Ramona Furter
